The immune system contains a variety of cells that assist in eliminating pathogens from the body.  In this unit you will be learning about some of the cells involved in the nonspecific immune response as well as the specific immune response.  We will begin by using UC Open Access resources to learn about how these immune responses work.  Then you will be using Scratch, the programming tool you used in creating your virtual dissection to create an immune system video game.  Resources to help you use this program are provided in the links.  These include a complete set of tutorials to assist you.
